CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When are classes posted?

A calendar for each month's Make & Take classes and workshops will be posted the month before or at the beginning of each month.

What is the payment policy for classes and workshops? 

All workshops and classes are to be paid in full before the class date to ensure your spot is reserved. If you are interested in a scholarship for a class you are unable to afford, please fill out the contact form at the end of this page. 

 

What if I am unable to attend the class or workshop I signed up for?

Any class or workshop that is cancelled by the attendee 4 or less days prior to scheduled class date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 

If the date of your reserved class suddenly does not work for you 4 or less days prior to class date but you are interested in a future scheduled class date, please sent a prompt email with the date you would like to reschedule for. Rescheduling by attendees for classes already booked are subject to a $10 rescheduling fee.

In the unlikely event I, Jenny Vaughn must cancel or reschedule a booked workshop, the opportunity to rebook for a later class date or a refund is possible. This will be communicated through email at the time of my cancellation.

*please note : any class that has already been booked and paid in full by attendee is NOT considered for a refund of any sort if the attendee does not show up for the class and does not communicate their intention to do so. (NO CALL NO SHOW)*
