Returns

All sales are final. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your piece, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. Please keep in mind that each piece is one-of-a-kind and entirely hand-fabricated. Handmade is unique and not perfect nor is it possible to produce identical copies of the same piece. 

Production

Each piece is 100% handcrafted by me in my Phoenix, Arizona studio. Production times vary depending on size and availability of materials. Hand-recycled precious metals are used when available and natural, ethically sourced stones are always chosen for each unique piece of jewelry. Custom item production times may range from 2-12 weeks from ordering. Custom bridal and wedding items can take anywhere from 6-8 months. Ready to ship items will be sent out within one week of ordering. Custom commissions require full payment before production begins. Payment method will be confirmed through email before your piece is entered into the production queue.

Pricing

Pricing for custom orders varies and is calculated by cost of materials, stones, and production time. In some instances, a small deposit may be made towards the final price of a custom piece. All in stock items are priced as marked. Any pricing inquiries may be made through email.
